Webmasters
If you are a webmaster or just someone who needs to have a project done, here's all it entails:
  • Sign up for a Webmaster's account.
  • Log into your account and post a Project. Once you do this, your new project is available for registered programmers, web or graphic artists to bid on.
  • You can select a programmer from all those who have placed a bid for your project. You may base your selection on a combination of factors like the programmer's rating, experience as shown in his profile, and of course the bid price. The winning programmer is automatically notified of your choice.
  • Once the programmer accepts your offer of selection, you will receive their contact details. You then get in touch, finalise payment arrangements, and they can start work on your project.
Programmers/Developers/Web or Graphic Designers
If you are a programmer, designer (web or graphics), it's quite easy to bid for projects.
  • Sign up for a Programmer's account.
  • Log into your account. You may bid on any of the open projects. You are able to state your bid (the price you are willing to execute the project for), how long it will take you etc. Your bid is automatically forwarded to the owner of the project.
  • If you are selected by the owner of the project, you will be notified automatically, and you will then need to accept or reject the offer.
  • If you accept the offer, your contact details will be forwarded to the project owner, who will contact you. You can then arrange the finer details of the project execution, eg payment arrangements etc.
Note: Once a bidder has been selected, both webmaster and programmer may conclude the finer details of the project execution between themselves.

We do recommend, however, that all members use the in-built message system in communicating with each other on the site (in addition to, if they choose, communicating outside the site). This is so that there is a communication trail - messages are archived on our servers, and can be retrieved should they be required, eg in the event of a dispute.
